Official Accreditation & Quality Standards
From March 17 to March 21, 2026, Ilim Laboratory successfully completed a comprehensive primary audit by the National Center of Accreditation (NCA). For us, this milestone is not merely a regulatory formality, but a fundamental validation of our engineering expertise. We are officially accredited under the strict GOST ISO/IEC 17025 standard (Certificate No. KZ.T.06.3147), firmly establishing our status as a fully independent testing facility.
Our modern complex in Atyrau is fully equipped to deliver a complete cycle of destructive and non-destructive testing. With our reports bearing both the ILAC-MRA and NCA marks, our partners are guaranteed that every test result holds absolute legal weight and international recognition. Verified Scope of Accreditation
Our laboratory is fully certified to conduct a comprehensive range of industrial evaluations across multiple disciplines:
• Destructive Testing & Chemical Analysis Rigorous evaluation of mechanical properties, including tensile, hardness, bending, and impact strength tests. We also conduct precise positive material identification (PMI) and chemical analysis using mobile optical-emission spectrometry operating on pure argon.
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Advanced internal and surface flaw detection to ensure structural integrity. Our accredited methodologies include Visual Inspection (VI), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Penetrant Testing (PT).
• TR CU 032/2013 Compliance Certified to evaluate the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure. We perform exact hydrostatic and pneumatic validations for high-pressure pipelines, industrial valves, and vessels across working media groups 1 and 2.
